>>47273346I use these. I found that a second Critical Strike 1 doesn't really outdamages just beefing up Focus Blast by that much, and it's more consistent to improve it's raw accuracy. I mostly run Wally with Scycamore and Hilbert, although right now Raichu Surge is actually just as good of a choice.
