Omgon is dying. You can't even use the returning mons in OU yet. It's understandable new dlc mons can't be added quite yet until all the new ability quirks and whatnot are figured out but there is no reason we can't use the old mons yet, everything has been datamined. They were definitely more on top of this during SWSH DLC
