Cynthia and Steven would be the dominating but compassionate member of the pairing with Platina/Dawn and Ruby being the submissive gentle one. That's the only way I can think about ships with such huge age differences. Sort of like a mentor/mentee relationship with some hot and heavy stuff going on behind the scenes.
