>>16059969In gen5 I had the first 15 or so boxes devoted to my "breedable-dex", which was like a living dex except I only had the final stages of each pokemon, with HAs if applicable. Following that 2-3 boxes for "good IV" pokes, a box for shones and spare event legends, a box for spare in-game legends, a box for current breeding projects and a box for "party" pokemon, i.e. pokes I used in-game.
My gen 6 boxes are pretty much un-organised mostly because I don't have a ton of stuff to organise. There's a box for vivillon patterns, 4 boxes for leftovers, a box for bred+EV trained pokes and a box for party pokemon again~
