>>39692445XY are dogshit, and are my least favorite out of the entire franchise. The Wilting Y and Eternal X rom hacks make them significantly less shit. ORAS is mediocre. Sun/Moon are okay, but lacked a bit of polish. I liked the Ultra versions more.
TLDR:
USUM > SuMo > ORAS > XY
In the grand scheme of things the 3DS Pokemon titles were overall pretty fuckin mediocre. They're worth playing, but I wouldn't say they are worth replaying like earlier games.
