Any Pokemon who attempts to switch away (or flee in case of a wild pokemon) takes twice as much damage from attack. Essentially an ability that makes all of his attacks have a secondary Pursuit effect. It fits the description of Primeape wanting to chase down anything that looks at it the wrong way, or at all. This allows him to trap certain threats.
