It's better when I see it as a male though, a smug guy like the pre evo...(Like Poppmaid male as a fabulous guy such as a Wallace)
But it really look like feminine...a feminine form where the flame sign go orange to pink and no more "black mask" : it develop the pheromone quirk.
So I still hope that the male form was scrapped from the demo, would be better.
