i don't think he coded the ice bridge shit well, it was already on by the time i got to the second place i was going to use it kek
my guess is that, like a retard, he designed it so that the bridge tiles appear if you flip a 'frost bridge' switch, and using the HM will flip that switch, but then it either doesn't flip off or he didn't make unique frost bridge switches for all the maps it needs to be used on
i kinda remember the same shit happened last time
anyway, dunno why they're discussing the tourney rules here at this super out of the way location instead of just...doing it in the tourney building like he did last update
