Again, dark skin can be black, middle eastern, hispanic, whatever isn't directly upper european. With shit like this, the characters are so featureless regardless that it's almost entirely on interpretation.
Anything beyond that just sounds like a personal problem and that shit is what ruins everything, despite of who "starts" it.
