I absolutely adore Kanto and it's 151 Pokemon, definitely better than Galar 81 Pokemon, RBY it's just so comfy to play.

I mean look at the original box art, NES boxes were better than this shit. Doesn't matter much anyway as back then people bought both. Link cables were a rarity among kids and the internet for pokemon didn't exist yet so people got them both

It's a theory, I'm probably wrong. Perhaps the "Legendaries" on the Gen 7 Box art will actually be two of the starters final evolutions. Many people would be mind blown, considering Gamefreak hasn't done that since Gen 1, and isn't there a huge Gen 1 anniversary coming up?
