Give it the Focus Sash you get from beating the 4-Oricorio trainer on Poni. Endeavor first turn, then finish him with priority/SP.
Just keep in mind that if you're using a Raticate with Hustle, Sucker Punch can miss and you're basically dicked if you don't have some other form of priority or something with monster special def and HP (like Snorlax).
