The one in Survive spends most of the story pretending to be a boy probably just to fuck with her fans. That figure is so "anatomically correct" because it was basically made by a separate company and they consulted Konaka (creator of Renamon) for that design. Also that figure had an extremely limited run despite selling well, because Bandai hates Digimon in general. But the point was that making such feature is obviously more costly and not advertising it makes it depend on word-of-mouth to sell. And even if you weren't an idiot for not understanding this, your "good sir" shit certainly made you so.
