Timid Nature with Max Speed and max Special Attack. 190 Speed, 155 Special Attack, Protean for universal STAB on every attack in the moveset. Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse and HP Fighting hits a very large portion of the metagame supereffectively and in many cases, easily delivers a One-Hit KO. Had to readjust the IVs for fighting type coverage but the sacrifice is more than worth it.
