I find a soft, but firm Lancastrian accent that he can bring to a sudden and strong shout if need be indicative of having a warm and homely side that makes for grade-a husband/lover material which also perfectly plays on my strong infatuation for male vocal dissonance, not quite unlike a low country accent for Americans. Honestly unorthodox behavior from otherwise unassuming Pokemon like Obstagoon such as true personal depth is such a major thing. I'd have an irresistible urge to secure him as a mate, either way.
