>>40920447I don't know if you mean a specific vertice in the model, but when a model is rigged (all those triangles with a pointy head you see) you shouldn't edit the geometry (move or create vertices around in Edit Mode) or you'll fuck up the rig
Now select a pointy triangle (called a bone) and you should be able to select Pose Mode in the same tab where Object mode is, if you move it around the geometry it is attached to will follow
