Breeding: Put ditto in with any other pokemon to get the one you put in back. It's more complicated when you decide to hunt for IV's and such, but that is the jist of it.
Multiple Eggs: Just bike back and forth in front of the daycare and the man out front with turn around every once in a while and have an egg for you. This goes on for as long as your pokemon are in the daycare.
