Lucky Star causes everyone that user of it likes to have good luck, while its user has bad luck. The more the person is liked by the user, the more lucky they will be. At the same, the user will be less and less lucky around that person. It is pretty much useless alone, but in teams, especially among people that are friends, it can be pretty helpful.
Good bulk and range, weak-ass speed and attack
I made it luck/bad luck related, because it has bad luck due to being hunted for EXP and the trainers tha hunt it have good luck because they gain a lot of EXP
