Like yeah sure I agree with "m-muh maractus" because I'm capable of sympathy, but you would think that GF would prioritize a bit better for Pokemon that aren't in the regional dex. More people are going to miss a starter than Maractus. On top of that, they can be fucked to add every legendary back in every game, but not Serperior, who is equally popular? Even then too, what's stopping us from just adding everything back post launch anyway? We almost had it with SwSh but we suddenly remembered "That's right! We don't do complete games anymore, sorry guys."
Make it make sense past "They don't give a shit about the consumer" because no shit they don't give a shit about the consumer, what business does? But from a "We have to pretend like we care" perspective, how did any of the current decisions make the most sense? And why bother at all if *someone's* favorite is going to be missing for that long anyway? Doesn't that ruin the guise a bit?
