It's a lot faster paced than 6v6. Battles are short and over quite quickly, which I like.
Seeing all of your opponents Pokémon but never fully knowing what they will send out until the battle actually goes underway is nice too. Leaves a little bit of room for some deeper thought before the battle.

There isn't a 6v6 option for ranked which is a little bizarre honestly. The game focuses so much on you owning and using 6 Pokémon in your team.
People get too disconnect heavy sometimes. Especially Japs
