All the starters in Platinum are more fun to use.
Staraptor and Bibarel and more fun than Swellow and Bibarel. In fact I don't particularly like many Hoenn pokemon.
Brendan/May are jokes. I don't like Birch either.
Team Magma and Aqua are dull.
Battle Pike is shit. Battle Palace is shit. Battle Dome does not even have a gimmick.
Emerald is only praised for its routes, and winning the longest hallway award isn't much to me.
