Decidueye then tanked a hit and used Z-Tailwind, allowing it to outspeed the next turn thanks to Icy Wind and knock it out with a 100% crit Shadow Claw.
Pretty convoluted, but I had to work with what I picked especially considering I didn't want to cheese it.
