If you're going back to a region do something completely different with it so it's justified and not just nostalgic pandering. There's a million ways they could fuck up gen 4, this is the lore generation and Ohmori is in control. I honestly rather them skip it considering SM are pretty slow games and that was DP's main problem. Add onto that tons of cutscenes and retconning, reintroducing HMs in a HM heavy region because muh nostalgia and you got a disaster.
