Allows me to OHKO 0HP/0SpD PDon and 2HKO Pogre with Spacial Rend also getting not much damage from both of them even with maxed SpA(most used moves get 25% or less while ice beam 45%), I was planning to put some IVs on Spe but it's does not help a lot if I see Fug or M Mence on the opposing side I need TR to defeat them
Main weakness as for any Dragon, Xerneas who OHKO me with a moonblast without any boost
Also can someone tell me if a maxed speed jolly mega Kang can outspeed max speed scarf smeargle ?
