stockpile and swallow work because the sucker has a huge fucking mouth like carnivine, swallot, pelipper, or mawile.
if it gets cotton spore it would have to lose scary face, which is an option, but it's more of a giant face than a cactus.
cotton guard is mostly for the fluffy mons like mareep and altaria. it's more of a stretch than cotton spore which is sort of a cactus signature.
i'm not saying no, i try not to make choices like that, but if it is gonna get cotton spore it needs to replace scary face with something.
