It is a terrible Gen to come back to for replaying purposes, but my initial impressions of it back in 2013 were of substantial enjoyment. I think the novelty of the first proper fully 3D mainline Pokemon game compounded by superficial aspects like the first new type in over a decade, customizable player characters, and Mega Evolutions painted a pretty rose-colored picture for many Pokefans the world over. I strongly urge you to give it another go from scratch and see if your rankings remain unwavering. I've done 3 runtroughs of LGBT thus far and the game simply has delivered me far more enjoyable replay value than any 3ds game to date.
The people who claim you can't Nuzlocke the game are fucking liying, btw. Just putting that out there.
