Quick bump before the workday: we made it through Victory Road, though not without cost. A crit from a Staraptor in Victory Road took out Mesmer. Well, there goes my Shadow Ball TM. Cool. Replacing him is Merzbow the Chimecho, decked out with the Screen moves and Grass Knot.
We beat the final rival battle fight, though his own Staraptor and Heracross gave us some trouble. Still didn't lose anyone at least. Up next, the final gauntlet.
