Dragapult has honestly become my 3rd favorite pseudo, behind Tyranitar and Hydreigon. It's such a unique mix of concepts and ideas that justify its Ghost subtype in a rather cheeky way, and as OP states, is a perfect mix of cute and badass that it can appeal to any demographic.
Overall it's a great Pokemon, and you can't go wrong with mixing dragons with aircraft.
