Why was oras's overworld quality so inconsistent? The garish colour pallet is one thing, but some routes feel like they gave up halfway through texturing. Take this path texture for example, on the left it's properly bordered whereas on the right it looks like they never even bothered to texture in a boarder tile in the first place. It wouldn't bother me as much if every map was like the right, but the fact some areas do have more effort put into making them aesthetically pleasing just baffles me and makes the unfinished areas look even worse by comparison.
