Found out there is a meta deck base on my favorite pokemon Gardevoir, and it only costs like $50 to build so I'm seriously thinking about getting into it.
Can I get a quick rundown on how the general formats work? Do sets rotate regularly? If I made this deck how much time would I be able to use it effectively? Currently watching a couple tutorials on how to actually play the damn game.
