The Milotic design is already perfect as it is. Can you imagine a way of improve it without making something underwhelming or in the worse case, jeopardize it?
I know your feelings, but when I see something like M-Garchomp or another mega designs, I´m grateful that Mega Milotic didn´t was a thing.
But to be honest, this gigantamax would have been pretty dope.
