Behold! I finally finished writing my submission for "Enter the Federation".

I still wonder if it could be improved more, but I've spent way too long on this, and even scrapped and rewrote the majority of it partway through, so I'm ready to get it over with and publish it already. I may still make some tweaks based on any feedback I get, but it's basically done now.
