That said those polls arent really comparable since the first one is only for Alolan Pokemon and the second one is only targetting little kids (so its heavily affected by recent movies and the anime, see Lugia and Zeraora near the top). Reddit poll had all gens and a non-cherrypicked demographic (kids, adults, genwunners, hardcore fans, casuals, compfags etc).
