>>50952182Finding art is my biggest problem with Twitter, as you say you pretty much have to go through everything an artist may have retweeted if you want to get a look at everything they've done. Thanks for telling me about Buhitter, never heard of it. Skeb is a site I recently found out about that Japanese artists seem to use, it even has a system of sorts for requests from my understanding.
Can't say I'm strongly against or for traps, if I like a character who happens to be one, so be it. I can see how such a thing would make finding good Goh art harder since his face does have a bit of femininity about it, won't lie and say that isn't something I dislike. I can imagine how that may influence NSFW art. To be truthful I don't care for super explicit art of either sex, not sure if it's because of my fetishes or some other hang up. I can find almost every other part of the human body except for the genitalia attractive.
I'm glad your commission experiences were positive. I should probably elaborate a bit more, it wasn't the artists that made the experience negative for me, they were all fine as far as I recall, it was more that I quickly lost any joy from the finished project, though not for technical reasons. I think part of it may have been me being too exact, which is why I've grown recently to lean towards only giving an artist a broad description and letting them do what they will. I think I may also be a lot more interested in what a character may be thinking or feeling and seeing more than a single picture can provide. That's why I'm quite fond of stories, but finding a writer is even harder than finding an artist. A short comic or page is a possible alternative the friend I mentioned suggested.
I'm not a fan of the design of SM Ash either, I think his design is a large part of his appeal for me.
