Here's a Mega Charizard-Y set. Timid, Max Speed, max Special Attack. Has Heat Wave and Solar Beam to take advantage of drought, Focus Blast and HP Ice, resulting in near flawless coverage. Pretty simple but always deadly.
Here's a Mega Sceptile build. Modest nature instead of timid, resulting in 197 Speed. It outspeeds an incredible portion of the metagame and has a 215 Special Attack. Went with Energy Ball over Leaf Storm to avoid an unnecessary Special Attack drop. Dragon Pulse for secondary STAB, Focus Blast and HP Ice. Pretty similar to Charizard-Y, actually but incredibly faster and stronger.
