the first change is just gonna be a regular Cinccino that can be a sweeper as well as a wallbreaker with a set-up move better than fucking Work Up.

Now it's fast enough to outspeed a couple more pokemon, namely Cinderace, and just a little bit more bulk to maybe take a hit sometimes. Adding more attack would be superfluous with Swords Dance and Skill Link. Swords Dance probably doesn't make any sense, but hey Cinccino is already a popular pick for the Pokemusical, so maybe it just got used to working with props?
Now I'm going to get a bit more bold. Cinccino has a criminally underutilized Special moveset and I'm going to change that. Since it already learns Thunderbolt for some fucking reason, let's roll with that and make it a Normal/Electric type. Why? Because it's a pokemon that thrives near urban settlements, and its proximity to electric sources could make it more tolerable of such things. So let's give it Motor Drive as well.

E!Cinccino can choose to run a physical, special or mixed set, giving it some degree of versatility. It already has a full special moveset of Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt, Grass Knot and Focus Miss on top of its overused physical moveset and Skill Link, and dedicated special sets can choose to run Motor Drive instead. Which combination of moves you choose for the mixed set depends on what meta you're using it in. Still Frail, but has a resistance to flying to make up for it.
