Speaking of, one of the first things you notice about the sea-dragon is that her movement seems to heavily operate on a tank-based scheme, meaning that she can't move as fluidly as most Pokemon can.
That could be useful.
"Dra, dra, dra, dragal!"
Dragalge shoots out Sludge Bomb after Sludge Bomb at Noivern, but her slow speed prevents them from being fast enough to hit. Noivern navigates through each with swift speed, charging Steel Wing in the meantime.
