>>29380590Mate, I have taken out Snorlaxes in the 2600-2800 range with 1500-1600 CP Rhydons just to test though my top ones are in the 1800-2000 CP range. I can pull it off even with those 1000 CP+ handicaps provided they don't have Earthquake and you don't even need 100% dodging.
It's slow and you're probably better off using Vaporeon, Dragonite, Exeggcutor or other better offensive Pokemon but I consider Rhydon to be an adequate Snorlax soft counter, even better than Golem because of his moveset and stats. Just test it yourself with Mudslap/EQ if you don't believe me. I assure you a 1400 CP Rhydon can take out a 2200 CP~ Snorlax within the time limit.
