Why does arvalis trigger /vp/ so much, he's not just trying to replace cartoon textures with realistic textures. He's trying to imagine what if this was some sort of a semi-feasible creature and for some like magnemite or sinistea they don't have a good real life parallel. If you look at the actual art quality im sure he could go for just "same design but realistic textures" but that's not what he's going for.
