Literally every Grass type should have access to Stun Spore, Sleep Powder, Leech Seed and Synthesis. And don't give me the "it has no flowers so the powder moves don't fit thematically" bullshit. Tangela, Exeggcute and Bellsprout all get Sleep Spore. Why? Because back in Gen 1 Game Freak already knew that as Grass types they'd be shit without it. Spreading status is the entire point of Grass Pokemon, what with it's offensively bad offensive typing and at least somewhat decent resistances.
