100/90/90 bulk is pretty respectable. If Conkeldurr could benefit from Min-Maxing, then so should Machamp. Same goes for outclassed Gen I counterparts. However, notice I went for a different build, to keep them unique and have their own niche(s).
And if I were to push it, I'd make No Guard break through moves like Protect, King's Shield (but lowering of attack still occurs) and/or Dynamic Punch now has 120 BP like Zap Cannon (completely reasonable because of similarity in Accuracy, and ZC also induces paralysis, which is actually a non-volatile status).
