I would also argue it has about the same amount of sexualization as something like Tinkerbell. Like the other anon as pointed out already. And Tinkerbell is owned and shilled by one of the most sanitized companies on Earth. Even if you don't except that argument, sexualized Pokemon designs are not a new thing, look at Lopunny, Salazzle, Machamp (depending on how you look at it), Tsareena (same area as Machamp), Hatterene, or even Inteleon to an extent.
