All the icons are in the leaks because they're relevant to the DLC plot. They're going to reveal the source of all of them.
All 4 are direct references to the 4 steps in the process of creating the Philosopher's Stone, Nigredo (Dissolving), Albedo(Whitening), Citrinitas(Yellowing) and Rubedo(Reddening and Coagulating).
Nigredo is Mega, the rainbow color is because it is dissolving and separating the light into its colors.
the other 3 are self-evident.
The Disk pokemon is likely the final form of Zygarde, which AZ summoned/created through the weapon and threw at Paldea to win the succession war.
The shattering of this pokemon caused all 4 phenomenons, as Zygarde is essentially the Frankist Jewish version of God, the immortal will of existence that is shattered in innumerable pieces.
IMO the plot ends in the 2nd DLC with all 4 phenomenons going away for good and some ultimate transformation or legendary that symbolizes the philosopher's stone will be the gimmick of Gen10.
Pokemon has been adamant at keeping to its Alchemy symbolism since Gen 2, to the point where there's scenes in the Unown movie that predict the rest of the series, shown in the order that they happened.
The Unown movie is from 22 years ago.
