Aside from the usual bad middle starter evos, the only one I'd point to as particularly bad is the not-Audinos. The Legendaries are pretty bad too, Eternatus is rad as hell but the box legends are a mess and none of the DLC ones do anything for me either (and fuck them for being DLC). A lot the Kanto variants are also pretty uninspired, Farfetch'd and Meowth are cool but what the fuck is that Slowpoke?
There are some top-tier designs mixed in here too, Eldegoss is great, Centiskorch is great, Falinks is outstanding, Frosmoth is as classic a design as you can get.

Arcanine just looks bad, I don't like Electrode's face, I don't know what the fuck is going on with Overquil's face but it's probably the funniest Pokémon ever made so I'll let it slide, Sneasler just doesn't look right and has a terrible name, I don't know why Usraluna has shit on its face, Goodra has horrible furry fetish vibes, I don't know what the fuck they were thinking with Origin Dialga and nobody on earth asked for another goddamn genie.
On the other hand the starters are pretty good, Lilligant weirded me out at first but she grew on me fast, Basculegion is insanely cool and the Zorua line looks great.
