Like any shitty digital artist knows, you save as much as possible, don't blow your whole load on one shitty video, etc etc etc. USE YOUR FUCKING BRAINS. If you transfer smaller groups of pokemon and then save, your whole transfer is not likely to get fucked because the other mon were already saved to their fucking shitty cloud service.
