>>23166554The thing is, the only set that isn't outclassed is the reckless-band set, and if you put up rocks, it can only come in two times before it's killed itself from hazhards/recoil build-up.
I'll admit I'm biased towards it, because it's such a good pokemon, but the UU council cannot stand any threats to stall, despite having several solid checks; hippo (especially with rocky helmet), Physical defensive Ampharos, Suicune, even Mega-Aerodactyl can take a hit.
I just want the bird to be useable
