Life orb is not viable on everything. Pokemon with reliable healing, suicide attackers, or late game cleaners only, even regenerators like mienshao and natural resters like roserade struggle with the recoil when they cant find the turns to heal or need their health to take a hit. Suicide orb is trash on anything with solid switch ins, lack of healing, hazard weakness, middling speed, and more. It even lowers your health to let the opponent know exactly what item youre holding unlike choice items or e-belt.
