The only problem is that it can be pretty awkward to use, especially now that raid bosses can occasionally spam big charge moves that will probably be SE against it. You'll need to be able to time when you use Draco Meteor well to ensure that you get the most out of it while it's still alive. Either way, you'd probably be better off investing in Spacial Rend Palkia-O. It has a similar performance rate for raids and is good against Rocket grunts/admins/GBL.
