You're using a mobile device dude. That's easier to track than an IP address. And using a computer to "fool" the system will make you beyond fucking noticeable to Google. But they're not going to do anything until they've gathered enough data on you and other cheaters.
Then one day, your alt-account is not going to work. Your level 20+ main account will not work. You'll try logging into them on your tablet, phone, and comp. Nothing.
You're left with two options to get around a ban. 1, stop playing Pokemon Go. 2. Buy a new Google or Apple phone with a new number. Since everyone prefers Google phones, it's safe to say that forcing you to buy a new phone for 200-600 dollars is more profitable than your Pokemon Go microtransactions.
