One of the problems of recent Pokemon games is that the attempted "realistic"-looking environments don't fit well in the same game as chibi trainer models and neon cartoony Pokemon models. IMO LGPE looks far better than SwSh because the art style is way more consistent across all facets. A more polished version of attached is an ideal style for a game with the current Pokemon models, unless they're going to retexture them to look like real animals, which would be ugly and I don't see it happening
