Lycanroc was probably the best performing with Krookodile right behind, Ninjask wasn't terribly useful, but it did pass a SD + sneed boost to krookodile in gym 4 at least kek

>you going to try out the dungeons or leave it thereI'm pretty sure I've been doing those as I went (unless you're talking about something else), they were pretty meh outside of the character interactions t b h, the rewards were pretty dogshit for the amount of bumbling you have to do on every floor (with high encounter rate autism) to get them, usually being an evo item and then 3 other shards
